Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) cilli88 account. Registration of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to notify cilli88 promptly of any changes to your registration details. cilli88 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. cilli88 will treat any action taken using your credentials as having been authorised by you unless you have previously reported a security compromise to cilli88 support.
All financial transactions on the cilli88 platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment channels include Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and bank transfer. cilli88 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account. cilli88 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the cilli88 account holder. Prior to processing any withdrawal, cilli88 is entitled to complete full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, which may require submission of government-issued identification (such as a MyKad or passport) and proof of address. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of the Company's stated processing hours may experience delays.
cilli88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
Bonuses and promotional offers extended by cilli88 are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each offer, including wagering (rollover) requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Players are advised to read all promotion-specific terms before opting in.
cilli88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Bonus funds that remain unclaimed or unused after the stated expiry period will be forfeited without compensation. Multiple account holders exploiting promotions across duplicate accounts will have all associated bonuses voided and accounts permanently closed.
All wagers placed on the cilli88 platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or betting market, as published in the Platform's help and rules sections. In the event of a conflict between general terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.
cilli88 reserves the right to void, cancel, or adjust any wager where there is evidence of a pricing error, technical fault, or market suspension event. Where a wager is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance. Settled bets will not be reversed unless a clear and demonstrable error in settlement can be established.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cilli88 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potentially criminal referral:
All content on the cilli88 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, and the cilli88 brand identity — is the exclusive property of cilli88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without written authorisation from cilli88 is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cilli88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if cilli88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
cilli88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond cilli88's control (including but not limited to internet outages or third-party payment gateway downtime) may temporarily affect Platform availability. cilli88 shall not be liable for losses attributable to such interruptions.
cilli88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
cilli88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within your account settings at any time. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to make use of these tools and to visit the Responsible Gaming page for further guidance and external support resources.
cilli88 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where there is reason to believe that a player may be at risk of gambling-related harm, including during periods of unusual or disordered wagering behaviour.
cilli88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected. Upon closure of an account, any verified balance (net of applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to the account holder via the registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.
Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting cilli88 support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
cilli88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email or an on-Platform notice at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the cilli88 platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through cilli88's internal complaints process by contacting support. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days of formal submission, either party may pursue available legal remedies.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
